Tracy is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she studied Fashion Design and Merchandising and minored in marketing. Mom of two, a Benedictine College Prep graduate who’s currently attending Hampden Sydney College and another who’s completing studies at St Edwards with sites on St Gertrude. They have a ridiculously funny English bulldog (featured often on our page), Winnie (and previously Weezy). Over her 20 year career, she has consistently performed in the top 1-2% of all agents in the Greater Richmond market, running her business nearly 100% by referral (not from advertising)….which is proof of her gold standard service and unmatched skills! She serves the entire Greater Richmond Region including Bon Air, Midlothian, Moseley, Glen Allen, Short Pump, City of Richmond, Henrico, Hanover, Powhatan, Amelia, Goochland, Chesterfield, and Chester.
