I'm back, and I couldn't be more excited about it.

For years, I split my time between selling real estate and coaching agents to build stronger businesses. Now, with my daughter grown and out on her own, I'm putting my focus back where it started: working directly with buyers and sellers across Richmond.

I've been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005, heading into my 21st year in the business. I've helped more than 600 families buy and sell homes, and I've ranked in the top 20% of producers for five consecutive years. For over a decade, I've also coached real estate professionals on building businesses rooted in consistency and real follow-through, work that's only sharpened how I show up for my own clients. I've owned my own brokerage, served on the leadership team at Keller Williams, built an award-winning team, and led a coaching company recognized in the top 5% nationally for productivity coaching.

Real estate isn't a headline to me. I bled it before I ever sold it. I was born and raised in Indiana, where my father built his own construction business, and I grew up around job sites, flips, and property management. That background shapes how I work: I give my clients an honest, direct read on the market, not a sales pitch. I'm known for being caring but candid, detail-oriented, and consistent, whether the news is good or hard to hear.

I've called Richmond home for over 13 years and know this market inside and out. I bring local knowledge, two decades of experience, and a straightforward approach to every buyer, seller, and investor I work with.

Outside of work, I'm usually eyeing my next investment property, traveling when I can, or unwinding with a good red wine. I'm married to my husband Ignacio, and together we're raising our daughter Emma (21) and our two dogs, Chloe and Levi. I also carry the memory of my late wife Kimberley, who passed away in 2022, with me every day, and I bring that same gratitude into every client relationship I build.
