Get Pre-Approved

We’ll introduce you to our trusted mortgage partner, who can help determine your price range and what you will be able to borrow with confidence. They’ll ask for your W2, paystubs, and bank statements for their full review and then write a prequalification letter. We will use this letter when we write an offer so this is a crucial step to the buying process!

Start Your Search

We’ll start sending you homes based off your criteria. We’ll also include one that are “coming soon” to the market so you are the first to know about them! Let us know if any interest you so we can schedule a viewing.

Write An Offer

Once we find a home you love, we’ll research the property and walk you through the entire process step by step of writing a competitive offer. Once the offer is accepted, you’ll get your mortgage application started and move forward to the home inspection!

Inspections and Appraisal

The inspection window will allow you and the inspector you choose to take a more thorough look at the property to make sure everything in the home is working properly and that there are no major issues that you need to be aware of. An appraisal will also be conducted to make sure the purchase price of the property matches the condition. We’ll keep you updated with these reports and walk through it with you step by step along the way!

Final Walk Through

Prior to closing, you’ll have an opportunity to walk through the home to ensure it is in an acceptable condition and that all personal property conveying is present.

Closing

We’ll coordinate with your attorney from beginning to end to make sure closing is seamless. Get your pen ready because before you get the keys, you’ll sign your name on the final closing documents! Now it’s time to celebrate!
